Tenure Track Faculty Position
Tenure Track Position in Pharmacy Practice, College of Pharmacy and Nutrition
The College of Pharmacy and Nutrition invites applications for a full-time tenure track position in pharmacy practice. Applicants with either a specialty or generalist focus are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will establish a clinical practice and teach in a variety of therapeutic areas commensurate with his/her expertise or interests. Applicants must possess a post-baccalaureate Pharm.D., PhD or equivalent degree/credential, and must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Saskatchewan.
The successful applicant is expected to develop an academic focus that will contribute to the body of knowledge in pharmacy practice, such as, but not limited to, clinical pharmacy, optimal medication use, drug adherence, clinical trials, or pharmacoepidemiology. Responsibilities will include teaching and research activities, including supervision of students in structured practice experiences and supervision of graduate students. Other responsibilities include contributing to College administration, public service, and service to professional bodies. This position reports to the Dean, College of Pharmacy and Nutrition. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
